A Teacher Who Gets It
Hi, I'm the owner of Back-Pocket Science Tutor and a current public high school science teacher. I teach Biology and Chemistry to a range of learners, including academic, honors, AP, and IB students.
After years in the classroom, I've seen firsthand how the right explanation can change everything. A student can go from "I have no idea what this means" to confidently working through a problem once a concept is explained in a way that connects with them.
That's what I love about tutoring: taking something that feels complicated and making it approachable, understandable, and manageable.
